Kindly fill out the package documents BEFORE your appointment.

The taxpayer may remain near the site, preferably in their car with their cell phone, while their taxes are being prepared.

Upon completion of the tax return, the tax return will be reviewed with the tax payer and the e-file authorization form will be signed and all original tax documents will be returned to the taxpayer.
