Open by appointment only, February 5 through April 9, 2026, on Thursdays from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM.

Appointments will be taken starting in mid January 2026 through the Chester Library at the phone number above.

Prior to your appointment, please pick up a package of forms at the front desk of the Chester Library.  The forms can also be downloaded from the “What to Bring with You” page.

Please complete the Intake/Interview form and other documents as best you can BEFORE your appointment.

COVID-19 NOTICE: Masks are not required but if you are feeling ill, tested positive for COVID, or came in close contact with someone who was sick in the past 10 days, please call to reschedule your appointment.
